If Catholics follow the Bible, why do you think is good to have beer / gambling shops in the church grounds?
I mean, in the Bible, one of the times of Jesus was very angry when there was no gambling on the church, jumped on tables, etc. So, why the Catholics do these things? Why supply of beer to drunk people in their carnivals? In what sense?
That's why I am a Protestant. It is widespread, and to do everything. I entered a Catholic church in Virginia and will raffle off a chest full of liquor. Even had a beer truck selling beer.
